“5 Web Files That Will Improve Your Website” @ Six Revisions

I have recently bumped into a cool post by Alexander Dawson that treats about five files, that will complete your website. Four of them (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, dublin.rdf, opensearch.xml) are strongly connected with search engines, while the fifth is a well-known  favicon.ico file. Contao 2.9 available!

Contao 2.9 is now available! The most important changes are the new Theme manager, the Extension Repository 2.0, persistent front end logins (finally!), buttons to share articles on Facebook and Twitter and a style sheet aggregator. You can find out what has been done here. Download new release: ZIP or tar.gz. Don’t forget to update your website!
